Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and oktaka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at oktaka.asia and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, promotional offers, and account management features (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account on oktaka, logging in to the platform, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and close your account.

oktaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.2 Each player may register and maintain exactly one account on the oktaka platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings credited to those accounts.

1.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. oktaka reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided. Failure to provide verification documents within the timeframe specified by oktaka may result in account suspension pending verification.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

2.2 All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify oktaka in writing that your account has been compromised. oktaka accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the account holder.

2.3 If you suspect that your account credentials have been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact the oktaka support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) and change your password without delay. oktaka will investigate all reported security breaches and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation period.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits. All deposits to your oktaka account must be made using one of the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. 3.3 Processing Times. bKash and Nagad deposits are credited instantly. Rocket and Upay transfers are credited within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to two banking days. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

3.4 Currency. All account balances, deposit amounts, wagers, and withdrawal amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). oktaka does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

3.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are lawfully owned by you, are not derived from any illegal activity, and are not being deposited on behalf of a third party. oktaka reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 oktaka may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods, which are communicated at the point the offer is presented.

4.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — sports bets typically contribute 100% while some casino game categories contribute a lower percentage. 4.3 oktaka reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation are honoured for a reasonable period thereafter.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering at low risk to meet requirements, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 All sports bets placed on the oktaka platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. These rules are available within the betting interface and cover settlement procedures, void conditions, postponed match policies, and in-play betting restrictions.

5.2 Cricket. Cricket betting on oktaka covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Match result bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body (BCB, ICC, or BCCI as applicable). In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, all bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes returned.

5.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play odds are subject to rapid change. oktaka operates a short delay on in-play bet acceptance to ensure fairness. The platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets accepted in error following an obvious pricing error.

5.4 Maximum Payout. A maximum payout limit applies to single events and accumulator bets. The current maximum payout per event is displayed within the betting slip at the time of bet placement. oktaka reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion.

5.5 Bet Integrity. Any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity may be voided by oktaka pending an investigation by the relevant sporting authority. oktaka co-operates fully with integrity bodies including those associated with the ICC and BCB.

6. Casino Game Rules

6.1 All casino games available on the oktaka platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and other certified providers. The rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the individual game provider and are accessible within the game interface.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All slot games, virtual table games, and crash games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by oktaka. oktaka does not manipulate game results.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 You may close your oktaka account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10.2 oktaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC review.
• Account holder found to be under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against deposits made to the platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and oktaka with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver. Failure by oktaka to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any particular time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by oktaka.

12.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from a translation, the English language version shall prevail.
